π Eligible Reasons for a Refund
We process refunds for the following verified issues, confirmed with clear photographic evidence:
- πΌοΈ Print Defects β Faded, smudged, misaligned, or missing prints beyond 0.5-inch tolerance; colours significantly different from the design preview.
- π§΅ Fabric or Material Issues β Tears, holes, stains, or faulty stitching present before use; wrong fabric type or quality delivered.
- π Size or Measurement Errors β Significant deviations from listed specs (2+ inches off); please include size tag photos with a ruler.
- π Wrong Product Shipped β A different item, design, or variant than what you ordered.
- π₯ Delivery Damage β Packaging damage that caused harm to the product, shown with clear photos of the item and outer packaging.
- π© Lost Shipments β Full or partial refund after carrier confirmation (allow up to 20 days for investigation).
π§ How to Request a Refund
Itβs simple β just follow these 4 steps:
π΅ Step 1 β Report within 7 days of delivery.
Document the issue immediately with clear photos as soon as you notice it. Donβt wash or use the item before reporting.

Weβll respond within 3β5 business days. We may ask for additional information if needed.

Approved refunds are processed within 10β15 business days to your original payment method. Replacements ship within 7β10 business days of approval.
